    So who buying up their entitlement and shortfall shares at 0.010?

    never done this before so wonder if someone can answer this. (probably a stupId question)

    if I BPAY for my shares and extra shortfall shares.
    what happens if I don't get the shortfall?
    do I just get the money refunded back to me?
