Shortfall still being sorted by the looks of things...if there is indeed a shortfall. I suspect the company may raise more than the $2.2 mil given the deal structured - especially considering its in bio and pot...two of the hottest sectors atm. Shares should be issued when stated. I'd expect an announcement tomorrow morning of the final numbers. Company probably trying to sort out placement as we speak. Also qtly numbers due soon - lots of news ahead. 4-5-cents is a minimum, IMO, on regulatory approval.
