JID, thanks a lot. I am a holder (bought 2 years ago, albeit too high), and as I mentioned previously on HC forum, I was advised to buy at $1.05. Well ,I think that it has been a good decision to participate in the offer, and it will enable me to average down reasonably well.. I know, averaging down for lots of people equals to a mortal sin, but when you believe that the company is sound, with good prospects, I can't see any reason not to. JID glad you mentioned 3-5 years term with AEP holding. Obviously missed it somehow. Wishing you all the best.
