I think its a mistake to go for such a large capital raising without comprehensively including the aim of retiring debt rather than just including it as a possibility if the funds raised are high enough. On the positive side we shouldnt have too much trouble raising the money given the extremely fortuitous timing of the offer. The company is producing and have a stated resource at a time of new Silver highs, therefore looks like the offer will be attractive for all holdrs.
