Have a read of the second announcement (the one from the ASX) basically we are trading ex rights now, everyone that was a holder on the 9th has access to the rights issue and if you buy shares today you miss out.

ASX will not price a “cum” market with respect to trading in the Company’s ordinary securities. Persons who acquire the Company’s ordinary securities after the commencement of the trading halt on Wednesday, 9 November 2011 are not entitled to participate in the Entitlement Offer
