Yeah i have no idea what the right target is for EVN and i don't think that any t\o will happen straight away. Again i strongly agree that they need to take time to get what they have going at a steady rate. Hopefully they don't confine themselves to QLD but the majority of their assets are there and therefore the most potential synergies across projects are there too
As for SBM I don't think either party would be overally keen to come together now and definantly was not for a T\O of SBM but more a mutually beneficial merger along the lines of the one that formed EVN.
Who knows the majority of the money will go into securing up the balance sheet and i suspsect a large portion will find its way into the Mt Carlton development, which long suffering CQT (ex)holders will love to see finally developed, myself included.
