Re-read the announcement as i was under the impression that it was a standard renouncable rights issue where you can sell them on market but I'm guessing in addition to that, if you choose to let your rights lapse you atleast get the value of your rights back after they have been sold to the instos. Sounds like a particularly fair process to me, we get the value of our rights regardless and they get the cash that they want.
