It may or may not become PEN shares. The success of this entitlement offer will indicate the success of the company. The last entitlement offer in Jan this year was under subscribed. We know how PEN SP went from there. I will be using my full entitlements, although not a big sum. I have no doubt the company will be able to build its production line, as the low pH ISR is quite a well known method. However, the total cost stated by the company may be an underestimation. It's common among public companies to lay out the most optimistic outcome in their reports to shareholders. So don't be surprised if future profit margin disappoints. But profit margin shouldn't be a problem if U price is high enough. GLTAH.
