Hi looks like the prospectus and entlement offer documents have not yet been received yet by many (if any at all ) new Zealand residents.
I suppose thats good news for the underwritters and good if your Australian (and want to keep the company to your selves)
so might buy at market perhaps I can pick up shares at 1.6 cents and oppies at .2 cents when they list.
Shame the company may not get the capital from me ( I guess instead the underwrittters get it at a discount I don't really know)
I know of a number of other IMU holders in NZ and they are all saying the same thing.
i.e the entlement offer has not been delivered.
