    Hi all, I was reading up regarding when notification of entry into the index occurs. I read that the rebalance occurs on the third Friday of September but that notice is given 2 weeks before the rebalance in September. Does this mean the rebalance will occur this Friday, 2 September? Also, anyone know what time the notices are usually posted?
