Red wine and dark chocolate, and for some reason I am contemplating investments?
I got out of guf well recently and invested elsewhere. I have just freed up some funds and am liking the look of getting back in below 50c. I do however find it hard to figure out if this stock is cheap or not as there is no quantitative estimate of the comany's net worth (apart from the market cap of course). I understand that this is what speculating is all about, however I do hope that there may be someone out there more knowledgeable on the company's resources than myself, who is kind enough to offer their opinion?
Refreshingly, there is a unique lack of hotcopper speculation on this stock.
I have also been looking closely at cok (not cross promoting as I don't own stock), and feel my funds may be a little safer there with similar exposure to the capital gains that a well managed coal coy can offer. ie, cok's market cap reflects their known resource. I have also noted the buy depth for guf has been a little weak lately.
However I do like the fact that guf is trading at the rescent cap raising discount, whereas cok is significantly above.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Cheers.
