from what I can gather STO has 13.8bill debt and that would have to be taken on in a t/o. At present their market cap is 4.5 bill, so I doubt they would be interested when debt is added. They have also been validated with their concerns re gas reserves with STO. As a holder I wouldn't be pleased with a T/O. Just my take and welcome any insight.
