What happens if the POO does not return to those levels for 3 or 4 years? There is some conjecture that CSG LNG, due to the infrastructure to get the gas to the plants is much higher on the cost curve of production. If that is the case, then the margins will be very slim indeed.
When you have no pricing power for the product you sell, then you need to have a pristine balance sheet and make sure that you are in the lower quartile of production. Otherwise, when the price goes against you, you are left very exposed.
