is this taking into account synergies associated with MLC?
the way I see it, IFL must actively reduce costs across their company, either by improving efficiency (preferred) or raising prices. whilst this is a conundrum that the board must face. the mlc acquisition will provide no material benefit unless costs can be controlled, such that profit margins increase. without this, I fear that sp will remain stagnant around 3.5-5 dollars. when it has the potential to become a 7-10 dollar share. imo
