    Unfortunately I can't see NST or any interested party paying a premium to NXM.

    NXM will need the dollars more than any prospective will need NXM.

    I am sorry, but somebody needs to be held accountable for the current debarcle the company finds itself in & go down with the ship.

    IMO it has to be AT.
