I sold out on this news an 21.5c and am looking to re-enter. I've done this many times before but each time is different. In my experience, it often takes a while for the market to settle on an issue like this and usually there is not a great rush to re-enter. The main risk is if the market as a whole suddenly moves up or if there is important company news.
My approach is to wait and see where the momentum is taking the stock. Today, the stock has fallen a bit on a strong day for the market. That to me suggests that it might be best to wait. In terms of price, an ok result would be 20c, but I'd be happier with 19.5 or 19c. Getting the stock below the issue price would be a real bonus.
