Whilst I would often agree that the price MIGHT drop closer to the new share issue price given new share issues, the risk is the price is highly dependant on announcements.
We are expecting an announcement US factory operational and confirmation on the sale of an additional Arcemy unit pre year end (both mentioned in AGM address). $40M opportunity pipeline .... it's unpredictable if any of these will come to fruition and be announced pre year end.
While the large number of shares on issue might hold the price back a bit if new holders take profits, still see a "risk" the share price will be higher by year end.
I'm happy to be fully in now, rather than looking for a chance of buy in a couple of cents less. The real prize is x2 x3 or more.
