long time viewer, first time poster.
I am a gen Y investor and have recently been following GPT and all that is.
I understand GPT has quite alot of debt in uncertain times, however it still has a very strong property portfolio.
I wanted to gauge people's opinion on a suggestive entry point for GPT or staying away all together?
