aramz. if the licences you are referring to are the Doolgunna EL's (E51/1320 to 1324; 1330 to 1333); then don't expect them to be granted until December at the very earliest. They were only applied for in May 2009. Warden recommended the grant on 10JUL09. So we add at least 5 months for them to be submitted to Native Titles where it's a 4 month wait for any of the Native Title parties to object. Assuming there are no objections it may (at the earliest) come out of NTT by December. Allow another 1-2 months for granting. This is on the assumption that the company signs the preferred (expedited) NTT agreement.
