auboat, i agree with the fact you provided - i.e. min 4 months waiting period for native title agreement etc, which can also be referenced by the exploration license flow chart, as showing here - http://www.dmp.wa.gov.au/documents/ExplorationLicenceMining(1).pdf

So am i misunderstanding something here? If the 65 days SLA is not relevant here(which was close if applicable), what else is in the air that casued the sudden price spike from 28 Sep? Also, based on the trading data i have, Mac Equities has accumilated almost 240k of shares prior to the share price run and they have only sold very small portion of it into the rally. I still have the impression that something is about to happen here
