PSA is only CONSOLIDATING its breakout above 30c ----- this is perfectly normal.
After a bit of churning, these will start trending up again, imho.
RR's sheep may prove a large obstacle at 40c, but when they're cleared out, it's all blue sky.
1. The stock's trending higher, &
2. The fundamentals support a significantly higher share price, so...
