jocam, re USA gas prices, another point.

There is a structural deficiency in the supply of gas in the USA, which was highlighted by the electricity crisis in California approx 2 yrs ago or whenever it was. Any gas found by anyone near any major areas is going to be in strong demand. If PSA can find some more bits and pieces they will be off and running.

Yanks have been using up more gas than they are discovering at present.
