Issue is how MBL's business model will cope in a high interest rate environment - big deals with bid debts carry a lot more risk, no margin for error. Even bidding for us tollroads may not be sound anymore(remember US investors buying overpriced power assets in VIC in the Kennett era).

I think that MBL should focus more on building its organic business - higher recurring earnings.
