It is pretty well known that the bar for students entering teaching is set very low. Many have very poor scores in Maths and English are require catch up classes at Uni. Parents don’t care for teachers who are right up to speed on all the left wing propaganda wasting valuable teaching time on this trash. It’s time that Principles backed teachers regarding bad student behaviour and bring some standards back to the school system. If you want more pay it is time to meet some KPIs like everyone in the commercial world has to do. Our continual slide down the performance index of student achievement is telling.
