See my previous post the 66m calculation was flawed, as it included both Index funds and Funds that use the index as benchmark to measure performance.
Only Index funds have to buy the stock and as I explained previously they will do so closer to the actual date. Their objective is not to outperform the Index but only to match it.
These are passive funds, and they dont try to outsmart the market.
