    Where does it say BNB is going into admin? This bit suggests share trading will resume after the subordinate notes are restructured.

    "Babcock & Brown proposes to seek continued suspension of its shares and subordinated notes at least until details of the position in relation to the subordinated notes is able to be announced."

    The banks are getting their money for nothing now. So what's the problem?
