i think the management will put forward a proposal to the noteholders, which will have to be o.k-ed to prevent BNB going into administration. but i reckon in the case of noteholders making unreachable demands the management will let BNB go into admin... thats my understanding of it anyways....

BNB could still escape administration (again) but chances are looking extremely slim at this point. the punters were right that the banks wouldn't let babcock & brown fall, but i don't think any of us expected that they'd be able to let BNB go into admin and still get money out of it thru BNB international.. sneaky sneaky..
