Env approval

I struggle to see how SO4 will get its environmental approval before the caretaker period begins (3 Feb). It took the Lake Wells project 3 months from ERD to EPA approval. Assuming same timeline for SO4 puts EPA approval at Feb 4 and that's without accounting for the Christmas/NY break. After that, they still need the Minister to give consent, which takes time too. Any other views?

I'm a happy holder but I can't see production starting in March as promised
