I trust drilling to commence also in February, and believe on news this will hit 3c and then 6c quickly.

However to commence I believe shares still need to be issued along with some options and small cash payments based on the initial announcement? - Correct me if I'm wrong.

Due diligence and proximity obviously confirm REs present, once completed and drilling commences ENV will . I believe RTB know what they have, due diligence for ENV was on a tight time frame and was always a tick the box exercise. - i.e. It was always going to progress.

This will catch up to VMM MC to around $50M - $60M. - IMO

Both VMM and MEI are currently undervalued by 40% - 50%, if we see a recovery in RE prices and juniors then ENV could potentially hit $100M MC + this year.

Once the hype/realisation hits that this is in the backyard of MEI and drill results arrive, the market will drive the SP up. What's good for VMM and MEI will also be good for ENV.

So even with dilution, current shareholders are going to see a 4x to 7x in SP/$ at a minimum in the next 12 months. - IMO
