IMO the current govt is far too focussed on their 'silver bullet' of nuclear energy, coupled with 'clean coal' technologies. All this could change if John Howard starts to get some resistance from the Australian public.
If Labour gets into office, which at this stage looks like a strong possibility, there could be a much-needed shift in govt. support for companies like Enviromission.
I think it is incredibly short sighted of the current federal govt. to have rejected Enviromission's application for funding through the Low Emission Technology Demonstration Fund.
As Australian Citizens we need to rally this govt to get behind companies such as Enviromission that have proven technologies which can help combat global warming.
