Has it not occured to you that the value of existing shares are fully priced and going nowhere unless others continue to finance this Company into production.......and their entry price will be determined by the market at the time

You can bash the funders , instos and sophisticated investers with all your negativety and one eyed self importance, but at the end of the day they will ensure you get a free ride on an ever increasing s/p if this company is put into production.......all you have now is a dream......there will be a lot of money needed to bring that dream into reality and after that maybe you should be thankful to all those putting that money in for you to enjoy a free ride on the increased s/p.

Better still phone Peter and offer him some badly needed funds instead of buying the shares on market.
