Minter , I had the same questions re: the email response . However it surely true that Advent are fully aware of their responsibilities regarding the process . Only someone with much knowledge and experience would be able to tell us the complete process . As usual , company reps and directors can not respond in simple English . To say the company has commenced lodgement suggests Toby is halfway to the post office .
Don't stress on it people , this is WELL under control .
