To my mind there was never any doubt the drill would go ahead, there is a will to carry it through and the rig conract is signed.

There is a fair chance we will have charged reservoirs, and a lesser chance that gas/oil will flow. But all said, exploration is about weighing up the chances of success against the size of reward. PEP 11 offers a big reward.
