Afraid I must bow to your superior approach.

I do not have any personal experiences to offer.

My statement is more of a confidence built by such aspects as the company's capacity to move into site preparation in anticipation, positive financials -- a company that issues shares at a price that is higher than subsequent share price for example - does engender some confidence when compared to the issues at mates' rates to mates, etc by the majority of companies.
The obvious positive approach and rapport with potential financiers or such agents, etc, etc also suggest or indicates the company is motivated and on course.

In-so far as detailed analysis and personal experience and personal contact with company people I have nothing to offer.
