Based on the information provided, regarding the above application, the following comments are provided.
Noise
The noise predictions performed by Vibrock (letter to Dalgleish Associates, dated 22 February 2016) indicates that noise complaints are unlikely. Therefore, I have no further concerns regarding this issue.
Dust
The use of the dust suppression methods outlined in the supporting statement should be adequate for these operations.
Private Water Supplies
As stated previously, the applicant/operator must ensure that the proposed operations do not impact on the quality or quantity of a private water supply.
