This has been a on/off subject regarding the Etango project and it looks like its in the press once again.
Looks like some interesting dates to watch comming up..
"It is expected that the scoping phase will be completed by the end of this month. In phase two the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the Framework Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) will take up to October 2010. The review of the Ministry of Environment (MET) review is expected by December 2010."
And..
"Meetings will take place in Windhoek on Tuesday, July 20 at 17h30 at the Ministry of Mines and Energy auditorium and in Swakopmund on Wednesday, July 21 at 17h30 at the Namib Primary School."

Its an uphill battle for us LT shareholders:) but I guess this happens with just about all mining projects.
