As you said that Sage is going to Sierra Leonne, one would assume that the rail agreement will be signed and we should expect an announcement on that soon.
TS has said that there are 4 groups still looking at Marampa and are just waiting on the enviro licence and rail agreement.
Hope that things will start heating up soon.
