You know this better than most, getting the environmental licence is often the most difficult and time consuming step in any mining regulatory approvals process. This is a significant step forward for AVB and the full mining licence won't be far away imo.

For those that may not be aware, Brazil has a very sophisticated NGO network that has a say in land holdings and mining approvals in regional areas and a complex environmental approvals process so I hope they pop a couple of bottles of the good stuff in AVB HQ to celebrate this important step.
