You just might be right re AVB management's reticence to highlight the env approval news. At least that's the first plausible explanation I've heard. They're sneaky buggers if that is their reason (and, if so, seems they're smarter than me!).
Presentation was also understated in this regard: "Mining Licence expected in Q2, environmental approvals already well advanced". Very well-advanced if your interpretation of the DPNM website is correct!
