    "Po Valley Energy chief executive Michael Masterman said a campaign by environmentalists to prevent his company from drilling a huge oilfield in Italy would have no effect on its short-term target of becoming a local petroleum producer."

    He mentioned this at the AGM - they haven't had problems like this yet, but were expecting more concerns with drilling around Lake Como and on the outskirts of Milan.
