Pluton will have the same emergency procedures in place as all other operations in the area. Cockatoo Island
(literally a stones throw away)has already in place these procedures No doubt they would probably utilise the same helo's / boats for evacuation of personnel well before the event.

They monitor weather, tides and currents constantly

The operation would be secured and parts dismantled in some instances. Loading operations suspended and vessles make for calmer waters. Insurance......unsure
