of interest...Lake Hålandsvatnet in Norway. Looks to be a bigger job. Interesting that the combination of treatment appears to be a combination of draining/phoslock.

"Draining the entire lake for water can add up to a cost of at least NOK 40 million, according to reports to the municipality. Draining the groundwater, which makes up eight percent of the total volume, will cost between NOK three and four million. How much it will cost to remove sediments after bottling is unknown, but according to the municipality there are around 300,000 cubic meters to be handled, 37,500 lorry loads.Traditional dredging is assessed in the report. It is estimated that this will cost close to NOK 50 million, and is therefore considered irrelevant. Other measures in the report are less expensive. In 2019, NORCE prepared the report "Inland measures in Hålandsvatnet" on behalf of Stavanger and Randaberg municipality. Here, measures were taken to limit the algae bloom. The report concluded that among these methods, it was the addition of Phoslock that was considered to be the most suitable for Hålandsvatnet, seen from a cost-benefit perspective.Which measures are relevant to be implemented will appear in the comprehensive action plan for Hålandsvatnet, which will be drawn up in collaboration with the working group for Hålandsvatnet. The action plan will be dealt with politically in both Stavanger and Randaberg municipalities, and the steering group for the collaborative project for Hålandsvatnet."
