Not trying to sound disrespectful to your opinion on the birds, and I maybe wrong, but given it takes what, 24hrs for 90% removal of phosphates, and they are in process of applying to area, I am not sure whether it would be that instantaneous... with the slop being applied to the algae, and the boats motor I wouldn’t think that fish would have moved in, on the contrary moved out. I’d be more likely to appreciate the life restoring result of application with the evident birds with before and after pics.. eg before- scant birds. After- more birds, diving. Even better boats peppered about fishing.
Maybe your points were that it is an ongoing application with previous works having done most of the work.
I haven’t been convinced that before and after phots, effectfully done, would not make an impact, whether big financial players looking at investing, or residents frustrated with disturbing algae hounding their local governments.
