Although "Phoslock' is mentioned - with test samples sent to the Netherlands & awaiting results, so too was the following -
"Council is waiting on approval of EarthTec Algaecide for use in recreational water. It may be possible to conduct small scale trials." (???!!) This product is apparently Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate - refer link below.

Another major concern for the Committee seems to the removal of Carp & stocking the lake/s with native fish.
