"Our performance in the USA over the past couple of years has been disappointing and did not meet
our expectations. As a result, we have restructured our commercial operations and we are well
advanced with arrangements that are resulting in expanded distribution in the US. Orders for product
from the new distributors appointed in the USA were invoiced during the quarter and the business
footprint is building steadily."
