the codvic 19 extension for the permit to be extended because of just codvic 19 will need a better reason by k.p to approval this. Because of all the public concern.

hey i approval this with an report that is 10 years old and i didnt wait extra 30 to 90 days to finalise the new report because those reports doesn't matter n dont need that information to approval it.

Markie, this is the way it is legislated.

First Nopta Approval, then proceed to Nopsema for environmental approval. From memory, Pitt even outlines this within his ABC snippets on the 13th and 18th of feb (roughly those dates). Approval doesn't mean they can drill, they still need to go to NOPSEMA, a world-leading organisation (something like that)

In any event, we don't have a record of what has been submitted to NOPTA. So how do you know they haven't submitted a report?
