Well... to be fair... I also think Keith Pitt might wait until the second application gets to the Joint Authority before making the decision. He might understand that rejecting the first application now, and accepting the second application later would have severe ramifications for the company. Therefore, it is not an outlandish prediction to assume Keith Pitt might wait for the second application to prevent a disordered market.
