Ahh is that what's in the legislation?
I thought they had a 24-month suspension and extension which functions off a fixed date.
I thought from my read of the Legislation was the only date that can be extended by the delay in a decision was the ultimate expiry date of the exploration permit, not the subsequent work program items.
Below was a statement from BPH talking to the same. But it could be ambiguous when taking into context the legislation.
