just got the response. 12/2/22 is a fixed date on the drill program.

while it tightens the timeframe Atleast we have a date creating urgency for KP to make a call.

With regards to your question on possible new dates for the permit years of PEP-11 if the application is approved, please note that the 24 month suspension and extension was requested for Permit Year 4, which was supposed to end on 12/02/2020. This means if approved in full, regardless of the approval date, the end of Permit Year 4 will be extended by 24 months to 12/02/2022.

Whether or not consideration is given to include the time taken to make a decision is a matter for the Joint Authority.
