The rules said they needed to demonstrate how it affected them, all they had to do was show that they tried to book a boat and they couldn't. But I don't think Advent were doing anything at that time so I doubt they have much evidence if any about how COVID-19 affected them.
The only thing I can think of is that the COVID flexibility ran through 2020, so maybe they tried to do something in 2020 and then will use that as evidence. But the shareholders were not notified of anything that I can think of? So yeh... it is going to be rough.
